Yesterday 's night, my brother-in-law brought premix from Brazil, he wanted to test it but did not have an oven. He came and tried it in my oven. He mixed it at home, just add 2 eggs and a glass of water. The ingredients are a bit like soft mixture. He told me it is called cheese bread. Shaped like a small marble. At first he tried to use spoon to scope it but find it messy. I suggested using pipping the mixture. It turned out just nice. Bake it in the oven for 30-40 minutes about 180' C. Not available in Singapore. After baking, it is crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Looks a bit like cream puff and moichee bread. Taste nice and cheesy. He was trying to import the premix. Very easy to use.
