Today the kids asked for Cheese Baked with seafood rice and dinner for red wine paste chicken with mee sua. The kids liked it very much.
The above is the Cheese baked with seafood rice. (taken for Caldo recipes)
2 bowls of cooked white rice
150g small prawns
100g chicken meat (diced)
2 slices ham (shredded)
10 button mushrooms (sliced)
2 eggs
2 stalk chinese coriander (chopped)
little rosemary
6 pips garlic
3 thsps butter
1 tsp chicken stock granules
Dash of black pepper
3 tbsps (bottled) mushrooms & herb pasta sauce
100g fresh milk
1 slices cheddar cheese
200g Mozarelle cheese strips.
METHOD:
1. Saute butter and garlic till aromatic. Add in chicken meat, ham and fry well. Add in remaining ingredients and seasoning, mix well. Keep aside.
2. Bring for sauce to a simmering boil, add in no. (1). Dish on to a deep casserole in a oven at 200' C for 10 minutes.
